WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU
We provide your company or organization with trained
American Indians who are willing to work. If you are an American Indian
who has never received proper job training, we will help you gain
the skills needed for employment. California Indian Manpower Consortium,
Inc. (CIMC) offers American Indian workers from entry level to management
- we're not simply a referral service. For the concerned employer,
we have special counseling and training programs.

Indians employment resource through eight field offices effectively
located throughout the state. Owned and operated by American Indians,
California Indian Manpower Consortium, Inc. (CIMC) understands economic
development and employers' needs. That has been our business since
1978 on behalf of more than 400,000 American Indians here in California.

believes that Indians make good bosses and business owners, too. We
help our member tribes and organizations accurately assess tribal
and community resources, to build businesses that make sense - and
make money.

Each program has specific geographic service area assigned. Programs
are operated in 44 counties throughout the state.
