The Office of Tribal Attorney (OTA) serves the Hoopa Valley Tribe in several key arenas, by offering legal advice to the Tribal Council, developing and updating codes and ordinances, reviewing policy before entering into the Tribe's Legistlative Procedure's Act (LPA), and representing the interest of the Hoopa People in litigation matters.
