TERO is dedicated to the employment of Hoopa Tribal
Members, therefore, all businesses operating on the Hoopa Valley Indian
Reservation must abide by the TERO Ordinance. Click

TERO offers various training courses throughout the year.
- Training courses are offered to Hoopa Tribal Members and other Indians
residing on the Hoopa Tribal Reservation, pursuant to the TERO Ordinance.
Any suggestions on a specific training are welcomed.
All suggestions will be considered if funding is available and if the
training meets the overall needs of the Tribe. Contact TERO for a current
class schedule.

All Businesses, Employers and Contractors must register with TERO by
completing a TERO 01
Form to assure Indian Preference.
The Hoopa Tribe is the only Tribe in the United States that provides
Due Process for all Tribal Employees.
The TERO Commission acts as an EEOC Commission on all Title VII Complaints
filed with TERO.
