GROCERY STORE ENTERPRISE BOARD OF DIRECTORS | Hoopa Grocery Enterprise, Seven (7) vacancies
The Initial Board of Directors (“Founding Board”) shall consist of seven members appointed by the Tribal Council. The Board shall be compromised of three tribal members, two members having experience in the grocery industry, and two community members having general business experience. Background check under Title 30A is applicable. Compensation: Shall be determined by Tribal Council. Terms of Office: Staggered.

HOOPA EDUCATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Three (3) vacancies to be filled by enrolled members of the Hoopa Valley Tribe. Qualifications of Directors: Individuals with differing expertise in such areas as: (a) Parents who have a child/children enrolled in Early Childhood programs, grades K-12, or other school age programs, and who are actively involved in education; (b) A student who is enrolled in a vocational/technical program, college, or university and who is in good standing; (c) Individuals who may be a classroom teacher, program coordinator or manager, have extensive experience serving on parent committee/boards, provide services to education programs, actively involved in the field of education, and are recognized for their expertise in and understanding education; (d) Members must be 18 years of age or older and have completed High School. Terms: Three (3) yrs.

HOOPA VALLEY PUBLIC UTITLIES DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS
One vacancy (2-year) to be filled by Tribal Council appointment from enrolled members of the Hoopa Valley Tribe. Directors shall be appointed by the HVT Council subject to such screening procedures set forth attempting to secure representatives of diverse interests on the Reservation and shall be guided by the best interests of the Tribe. All members are required to be bondable. All members shall perform their respective duties prescribed by the HVPUD By-Laws. Terms: Two (2) years.
