Fisheries management division lead, Fisheries Department, Regular, F/T, Salary: $65,535.00-118,316.00 DOE. Leads the division; oversees subordinate staff of biologists and technicians; studies basic principles of animal life such as origin, relationship, development, anatomy, and functions; collaborates with department staff and other agencies (Tribal, federal, and state agencies); and manages 2-3 subordinate supervisors who supervise 6-10 employees. Minimum Qualifications: Masters’ degree (MS) or equivalent in fisheries or wildlife biology plus three years related experience and/or training; or, a Bachelors’ degree (BS) in either field plus five years related experience and/or training; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience (roughly equivalent to a GS-11/12 position in a federal natural resources agency). Must have a valid CA Driver’s License and be insurable. OPEN UNTIL FILLED
