HEAD WAREHOUSEMAN/PART-TIME TRUCK DRIVER, Hoopa Food Distribution Program, Regular, F/T, salary $15.00-$16.00/hour Responsible for overall warehouse operations and functions. Drives delivery truck and distributes food to the tailgate sites. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or G.E.D., must have valid CA Class C & B Driver’s License and be insurable. Deadline: February 24, 2017. 

MAINTENANCE/GROUNDSKEEPER, Hoopa Tribal Plant Management Department, Regular, F/T, salary: $11.50/hour Responsible for repairs and maintenance of tribal buildings and facilities overseen by the Plant Management Department. Minimum Qualifications: Must have High School Diploma or G.E.D.; three to five years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience in maintenance. Experience in safe operations and maintenance of hand and power tools. Must possess valid CA Driver’s License and be insurable (must provide proof with application). Deadline: February 28, 2017.

TANF ET YOUTH SPECIALIST, Hoopa Tribal TANF Employment, Temporary, F/T, Salary: DOE. Responsible for supporting the TANF Employment and Training Youth Program from an administrative standpoint. Minimum Requirements: Must have High School Diploma or GED, Must possess a Valid CA Driver’s License and be insurable. Must be CPR &First Aid Certified and have a current Food Handlers certification. Subject to background check including fingerprints according to Title 30-A. DEADLINE: February 22, 2017.

ASSISTANT COOK, Hoopa Tribal Early Childhood Facility, Regular, F/T, Salary: $12.50/hr. Assists with planning and preparing food for the Early Childhood Facility children ages zero to five in the center based programs. Minimum Requirements: Must have High School Diploma or GED. Must have a food handler’s certificate. Must have TB Clearance, and proof of immunizations. Must possess a Valid CA Driver’s License. Subject to background check including fingerprints according to Title 30-A. DEADLINE: February 22, 2017

RECREATION COORDINATOR/CLERK, Hoopa Tribal Recreation Department, Regular, F/T, Salary: $16.00/hr. Responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating programs for the community as well as assisting the Recreation Director. Min. Qualifications: Associate’s Degree from an accredited college in a closely related field (Administrative or Recreation). Two (2) years of recent experience working in a Recreation setting. Must possess general computer skills. Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, some weekends, and holidays. Must possess First Aide & CPR certificates (or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire). Must pass a background check including fingerprints according to Title 30-A. DEADLINE: February 23, 2017

FIELD SPECIALIST/RECREATION ASISTANT, Hoopa Tribal Recreation Department, Regular, F/T, Salary: $13.00-$14.00/hr. Performs a variety of skilled/manual work functions related to maintenance and operation of the Rodeo Grounds, Community Center, Pookey’s Park, and the NF Gymnasium. Minimum Requirements: Must have High School Diploma or GED. Six (6) months of maintenance experience and lawn care and or landscaping on baseball/softball fields (required). Must have Valid CA Driver’s License and be insurable. Must possess First Aide & CPR certificates (or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire). Must pass a background check including fingerprints according to Title 30-A. Deadline: February 23, 2017
