37th Annual Sovereign Days Vendor Application
All booths are 10' by 10'. If you require a larger area you must purchase two booths. Food Vendors must provide a current Food Handler's Certificate for all staff who will be handling food. Online Food Handler training can be found at http://www.ihs.gov/foodhandler/
The application is due by August 1, 2025 @ 5:00PM.
- Space is limited for electricity. Please confirm if it is needed. If left blank we will assume that you do not require electricity.
- Vendors will be assigned a designated space as first come, first served.
- Money orders or Cashier's checks need to be made payable to "Hoopa Valley Tribal Council".
