Overview

The Hoopa Valley Tribe periodically solicits proposals and statements of qualifications from qualified firms, consultants, contractors, organizations, and individuals to provide professional services, construction, supplies, equipment, and other services that support Tribal programs and initiatives.

We encourage interested vendors and service providers to review all solicitation documents carefully and submit complete responses by the specified deadline.

Project Name: Hoopa Valley Youth Center Awning Project

Location: Hoopa Valley Youth Center, 12482 State Highway 96, Hoopa, CA 95546

Services: Removal of the existing shade structure and construction of a new 67' × 10' heavy-timber awning, including installation of metal roofing, trim, flashing, and all required labor, materials, equipment, and permits.

Project Name: Sovereign Days Elders Dinner Catering Services

Location: Hoopa Neighborhood Facilities Building, 11860 State Highway 96, Hoopa, CA 95546

Services: Catering services for the 2026 Sovereign Days Elders Dinner on August 6, 2026, including meal preparation, delivery, setup, service, and cleanup for approximately 250 guests. The selected caterer will provide high-quality, traditional-themed, diabetic-friendly meals, beverages, serving equipment, and professional event service.

Incomplete submissions may be deemed non-responsive.

  • The Hoopa Valley Tribe reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, request additional information, negotiate with respondents, or cancel a solicitation at any time if determined to be in the Tribe's best interest.
